Local Pickup Policy

By selecting local pickup you agree to have read all of the following below:

Please note: We only drop off local pickups once a week on Fridays, unless otherwise posted. I do have small children, so times may need to change and aren’t guaranteed.  

When will my order be ready?: Local pickup orders are ready usually in 5 business days, but can take longer in some instances. Most items are still shipped in from our Warehouse and could experience shipping delays. If you ordered from multiple warehouses, or your order also contained a pre-order item, your order will not be ready until ALL items are in. Please consider placing pre-orders separately.

How will I know when my order is ready?: We will tag you in a thread in the VIP group on Facebook. Please make sure your order name is the same or similar to your Facebook name so I can find you to tag you. Please do not just stop by the pickup location and ask about your order. We will notify you when it is ready.

How long do I have to get my order?:
You have 6 days from the date you were tagged/order is ready email was sent. This includes any days The Alley Exchange may be closed. After 6 days, your order will be pulled from pickup and you will receive a shipping invoice and your order will be shipped once it is paid, you have 24 hours to pay this invoice. After 24 hours of the shipping invoice being unpaid we will issue a refund with a restocking fee of 60% of your order total. Absolutely NO exceptions to this unless you emailed support@risenboutique.com prior to your 6 days being up and we made other arrangements.

Where do I pick up?:
Local Pickup is located inside the Northridge Plaza (Pierre Mall) in The Alley Exchange.

Times to pickup: When the Mall/Alley Exchange is open.

Standard business hours are the following (Holidays may change times)

Monday: 9AM-7PM
Tuesday: 9AM-7PM
Wednesday: 9AM- 7PM
Thursday: 9AM-7PM
Friday: 9AM-7PM
Saturday: 10AM-6PM
Sunday: 12PM-5PM

How do I pick up?: You must have your confirmation email/order number to receive your package. If multiple orders are combined one order number will be fine.

How do I contact about a pickup order?: Email support@risenboutique.com The Alley Exchange doesn't have any information about your order.
