Our business hours are the following:

Monday-Friday 11AM-7PM CST not including holidays. Please allow up to two business days for a response.

Is my order elligible for return/exchange?:

What is my order status?:
You can view our shipping/processing policy here.

You can also log into your account to view all your orders and their status, or find your confirmation email and click the view order link to see it's status.

I chose Local Pickup, when will my order be ready?:

You can view our Local Pickup policy here. Local Pickups are only dropped off on Friday/Saturday, if your order does not make it in time for the Friday drop off, it is bumped to the next Friday drop off. Almost ALL items are shipped in from our warehouse, and are subject to processing times before they ship. If you need your item sooner, please select shipping at checkout instead.
