To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number(found on your order confirmation email), and email address/phone number in the fields above and click Start (please log in to your account or search your email for your order number. If you still cannot locate it please email support@risenboutique.com
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

 

What is the return policy?

Eligible items must have a return request submitted within 10 days from receipt of delivery on tracking information. Items that fall outside the window are not eligible for return but are welcome to be posted in our BST group found by searching Risen Boutique BST on Facebook. 


Returns will be given via store credit ONLY; you can add Seel at checkout to get a full refund via original payment method. We do not include initial shipping charges in the credit. The exact cost of the return label provided will be withheld from your return credit.  We do not exchange items, but you are welcome to repurchase with your credit in another size. 

Store credit is ONLY redeemable on website. Insiders Facebook group orders CANNOT use store credit.

Store credit expires in 60 days.

Approved returns must be postmarked within 5 business days from day label is emailed to you. If you fail to ship your item out in the allotted time frame, you forfeit your return approval. 

Any defective merchandise must be reported following the same timeline for returns laid out above via the return portal. Please make sure you attach a picture of the damage.

 

Items NOT eligible for return include:

  • any item in the sale tab
  • preorder items (graphic tees, tumblers, items listed preorder)
  • deal/sale items listed in the Insiders group
  • personalized items
  • items discounted over 20% off with discount codes/BOGO items
  • mystery box /bag items
  • special order items (items you requested me to find for you)
  • intimate items such as swimsuits, bralettes, etc.
  • Items bought with store credit
  • Free gifts, including giveaway items
  • Flash Sale items
  • Rise Beauty items including but not limited to beauty, hair, supplement products

Eligible return items must:

  • Have original tags attached/be in original packaging
  • Be free of animal hair
  • Be unworn/unwashed
  • Be free from stains including but not limited to makeup and deodorant
  • Be free from odor including but not limited to cigarette smoke and perfume
  • Be free of rips, tears, and snags

If you ship back an item(s) not eligible for return you will be responsible for payment to ship the item(s) back to you. If payment is not received within 3 days your item(s) will be recycled or donated.

ABOUT SEEL RETURN ASSURANCE

Get peace of mind while purchasing final sale items when you add Seel Return Assurance.

You’ll have the option to return eligible final sale items for a refund by adding Return Assurance at checkout. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply.

The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

All purchases made are subject to the standard return period of 30 days, and returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided in your Seel confirmation email and submit your return at https://seel.ai/return/portal/.

We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. Seel will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders. We will deduct the standard $10 return shipping fee from your refund when processing the return.

Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original form of payment.

Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States. Please note, the cost of Return Assurance is nonrefundable.

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping, it will be deducted from your store credit

 

How soon will I get my return credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5 business days for us to process.
